First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at USI Insurance Services.
Account Executive
There were over 7 interviews and meet and greets for this role. A sales role play was part of the process, and there was a prep session to practice it beforehand. An online assessment was also given, which wasn't mentioned until it was sent over.
- What's the current size of your book of business?
Account Executive
So I applied and got an email from a recruiter the next day. Then had a phone interview with the recruiter a couple days later. About a week after that, I interviewed with the manager. The following week after that, I had a final interview with upper management. I got the offer a week after the final interview. The whole thing took about 3 weeks, but it probably would have been 2 if the hiring manager wasn't out that week.
- Tell me about a time you exceeded expectations for a client.
Account Executive
The online process was good for the whole interview, with many questions about past experience. They asked a lot about my previous history and how I plan to do well in the job I applied for.
- Could you share some of your past experience in the insurance industry?
- Tell me about your previous experiences.
- How do you envision yourself succeeding in this role?
