Got a call after putting my resume on monster and they set up an interview. When I arrived, they told me to go to another room. It was a conference room with about 5 other people. Two guys who looked a bit scruffy talked for about an hour about potential earnings, assuming the stock went up 500% in 4 years. After that, we had to wait for our turn for a one-on-one interview, which took forever. In my personal interview, they asked about my previous sales roles. They also asked if I was willing to invest $500 and a week to get an insurance license. After the interview, they sent me some videos to watch and a bunch of forms to sign, and I ended up taking the class and tests from the insurance department.

The interview process was good, the facility had a nice view but the office had a bad smell. It began with an intro to the company, followed by one-on-one chats with lead employees. The people were great and direct about what they're looking for.

First you have to watch a webinar online. Then you send in your resume and we schedule a time for you to interview. After that, we do a Zoom interview and a phone interview. During the interview, I'll talk about the training and licensing, and the upfront cost to get the position started.
