Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process had 3 steps. First, a phone chat where they talked about the requirements and mentioned a hair drug test. Then, a casual in-person meeting at a coffee shop to discuss my experience and how I'd handle the sales rep job. Finally, a more technical, less conversational in-person interview at their Chicago headquarters.

I had a phone interview that was about an hour long. They were hiring quickly and making decisions just based on phone interviews, which was unexpected. During the call, the interviewer explained the job and products, asked me specific questions about my resume, and then asked some general questions.
