I got this interview through a career fair. It was a pretty standard interview with typical questions, and they weren't super personable. The interviewers seemed really into the job though and were nice to chat with, so it was an okay experience overall.

I applied through my University's career services and had an on-campus interview with a plant manager. About a week later, a corporate recruiter called me to arrange a phone interview with the specific plant manager for my co-op. Although I was initially denied an offer, my recruiter gave me another chance to interview at a different plant. Two days after that, I had a panel discussion (like talking with 3 engineers) over the phone for that plant. The very next day, I got an offer, pending a hair drug test and background check.

The process was really chill. First, I had a 30-minute call with the engineering manager. After a couple of weeks, they set up an in-person interview where they flew me out. It was an all-day thing, chatting with all the managers, also pretty laid back. I had lunch with some other project engineers. All in all, it was a great interview process.
