BI Analyst
It was a 3-round process. 2 rounds were technical and the last round was HR. The difficulty was moderate, but it depends on your experience. If you have experience, then only 1 technical round.
- Questions related to the work you have done and presented during the interview.
BI Analyst
I got placed through Campus Placement. The process had an Online Assessment, a Pre-placement Talk, and then 2 interview rounds. First was the Online Assessment, which was kinda moderate with basic MCQs on Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation, and Quantitative aptitude. Then came the Pre-placement Talk, where they talked about the company and their work, followed by the announcement of shortlisted candidates from the online assessment. After that, I had a Personal Technical interview where they asked questions from my CV, about 5-6 SQL queries, and some puzzles. This interview was about 20 minutes, and I felt good about it. The next round was another PI, which was HR + Technical. They asked me about myself and more HR questions, plus a few SQL queries which I managed to answer. The whole process was great, and the interviewers were really nice and helpful. We got the results after 2 days, and I got selected.
- What SQL queries did they ask?
- What puzzles were asked?
- What HR questions were asked?
BI Analyst
It was a full day process. They first gave a case study round with two small case studies: one for ETL using Alteryx and one for reporting using Tableau. These needed to be completed in 1-2 hours, and using Google was allowed. If this was cleared, there was a managerial round, then HR, and then they said they would call back about the results after checking everyone. The good thing is they provide food.
- For the Alteryx case study, you were given a partially completed mapping with two sources and a target output. Your task was to complete the Alteryx mapping to get the specified output.
- For the Tableau case study, you received an Excel file with data and were asked to create a visually appealing dashboard with relevant KPIs based on your own choices.
- In the managerial round, you were presented with a scenario: someone is moving to a new city, you don't know them, but you have 4 house options to suggest. What questions would you ask to determine their needs and recommend the best house?
