The interview process had 5 rounds. First was an MCQ test, then two technical rounds, one with internal folks and another with the client. After that, there was a manager round and finally an HR round. The two technical rounds were pretty standard, and the interviewers were good. The HR person was also helpful if I had any problems during the interview. The whole thing was wrapped up in just a week.

I had a face-to-face interview on Jan 11, 2020, at their Bangalore office. Honestly, it was a pathetic experience, and I really don't recommend the F2F interview. I arrived at 11:30 am as scheduled with HR, but the first round didn't start until 12:40 pm, meaning I waited for 70 minutes. After that, I was made to wait again until 4:20 pm, only to be told I could leave for the day. When I questioned why I was kept waiting if they weren't interested in the next round, they said they were waiting for the first round's results. I took a day off work just to have my time wasted on this interview. I regret going, as these people clearly aren't serious about interviewing. I saw them chatting and wasting time around the office, then giving silly excuses like waiting for results. Seriously, I strongly advise against their F2F interviews; ask for a phone or Skype call instead. If you have other options, go with a different company to avoid wasting your time. Please value other people's time and effort.

The hiring process was quite smooth from the company's side, though it took a longer time to complete. The feedback process was very clear. I started with a HackerRank test, and after clearing that, I moved on to one technical interview. That interview went well, and I was selected for a second round. The second technical round was with the client. It took many days for them to shortlist my profile initially. The interview with the client happened finally. The interviewer from the client's side wasn't a good listener. He didn't seem interested in what I was explaining and asked questions very rapidly. He was mainly focused on knowledge of built-in Java and Spring functions rather than conceptual knowledge and programming skills. I didn't get through the second round because the client was expecting something different. The feedback process was clear, and HR provided the feedback the next day.
