I applied through LinkedIn and got an interview invite a few days after. The first interview was with a really nice HR person who was upfront about everything. She made me feel like a person. After getting through that, I had my second interview with the team lead, scheduled in under a week. That interviewer asked about a time I changed a bad situation into a good one, why I chose Uscreen, and some questions about my previous customer experience. I didn't get the job, but the HR person reached out with feedback on why they picked someone else. Big thanks to Uscreen for making candidates feel valued.

The overall experience was nice but the fact that they ghosted me after the 4th interview really left a sour taste in my mouth. I had a first screening interview with their HR rep, whom was very lovely and engaging. Immediately after that, a call with their Head of Customer Succes followed, during which we reviewed my experience, their processes and team culture. A third call followed for me to demo their platform and lastly a 4th one with their COO. A bit much for a CSM role, but I enjoyed the process. What really surprised me is that after my 4th interview, crickets!!

Behavioral Presentation Technical

My interview for this CSM role was not great. The hiring manager chat was awkward, partly because of some questions that didn't seem to fit the job and I wasn't sure what they were getting at. The panel interview after that felt a bit chaotic. I had to give a presentation for about 30-45 minutes, but I kept getting interrupted, making it hard to stick to my points. Some questions from the panel were unclear, and one person even left before I was done, which added to the general confusion. The panelists also talked over each other sometimes, which made the whole thing feel rushed and unfocused. Plus, the interview ran late and I didn't get a chance to ask my questions, even though I prepared a lot for my presentation. Overall, it felt unprofessional and made me question how they handle communication and interviews here.
