Onboarding Specialist
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. Everyone I spoke with was nice and friendly, making the company seem really good. However, after four interview rounds, the offer was $10k less than what was discussed during the screening call. I had explicitly said I was looking for a higher range and they didn't push back, so the difference was surprising. When I questioned it, they revoked the offer. A few months later, a senior manager contacted me about a different role with better pay and asked me to interview again. After completing two more rounds, I was ghosted. A total of six interviews. The people were great, but the process was sketchy and misleading. After the initial salary issues, I had already lost some faith but gave them the benefit of the doubt because everyone I met was kind. But being ghosted after they reached out to me? Never again.

Customer Success Manager
I applied through LinkedIn and got an interview invite a few days after. The first interview was with a really nice HR person who was upfront about everything. She made me feel like a person. After getting through that, I had my second interview with the team lead, scheduled in under a week. That interviewer asked about a time I changed a bad situation into a good one, why I chose Uscreen, and some questions about my previous customer experience. I didn't get the job, but the HR person reached out with feedback on why they picked someone else. Big thanks to Uscreen for making candidates feel valued.

Sales Development Representative
The interview process at Uscreen took 6 weeks from start to finish, including a final interview with the CEO. Communication from the company was poor, requiring frequent follow-ups. The recruiter was great, and the candidate's task submission was well-received. The CEO had positive feedback for the candidate, leading to a strong belief they would receive an offer. Despite reading negative reviews about the company ghosting candidates, the positive personal experience led the candidate to believe this wouldn't happen to them. However, two months after the final interview, there has been no communication or feedback on the outcome, despite significant effort invested. The Hiring Manager repeatedly cited delays due to managers traveling, but no further updates were provided. The SDR position remained advertised on their website for months, suggesting the company might not have been actively hiring for it and was potentially wasting candidates' time, leading to disappointment.

Sales Enablement Manager
I was ghosted after my calls with the CRO, Head of Sales, and Director of Marketing. All three were really nice in our initial chats and got me excited about the role. But then, nothing. I followed up multiple times with the CRO (hiring manager) by email to figure out the next steps, but I never heard back. It's totally fair if I wasn't the right fit, but getting ghosted after three calls is a bummer. I know recruiting is wild right now, but it's just basic professional courtesy to get back to someone who took the time to chat with three people on your team.
