The interview process included initial screening, then formal interviews like phone, in-person, or panel interviews. They also did skills assessments and evaluations to check qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit. It usually ends with a job offer and negotiation.

- What are the working hours?

Warehouse Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward with simple questions that focused on my experience. It was a bit tough to find the role but I had to interview with two managers. I got a tour of the warehouse where they explained the role, my working hours, and any overtime that might be expected.
