Planner
First, there was a phone screen with HR. Then, a few days later, I had an in-person interview with two managers. During the interview, they read questions from a paper and wrote down my answers word-for-word while I sat there silently. It felt more like a 40-minute Q&A session than a conversation. When I asked for clarification or context on a question, they couldn't provide it. I knew I wouldn't take the job even if offered. Afterward, HR called with some comments that were totally inappropriate. Honestly, it was the worst interview experience I've ever had.

The interview was pretty laid back. The person interviewing me made me feel at ease. They focused on questions about how I handle prioritization and organization, how I deal with challenges and change, my sense of urgency, my ability to build relationships and be a team player, my learning ability with systems, and my experience with buying and demand.
- Can you share an instance where you had to juggle several top-priority tasks?
- Describe the most difficult workplace change you have experienced.
