I had a recruiter call first, then went on to a panel interview. The panel interview had two separate interviews back to back with 3 people each. The whole thing was pretty straightforward, no weird stuff.

I had 2 phone interviews for this intern role. The first one was a 30-minute screening where they asked me basic questions. A few days later, I had a second phone interview with the team lead, an associate, and their QA lead. Honestly, I was really put off by how disorganized they were and how little interest they seemed to have in me. They were impatient and kept cutting me off. Then they blamed my phone signal for their issues, which was ridiculous. I figured this place wasn't for me after that, so I decided not to pursue it further.

I went through two interviews, a first phone screening and then an in-person one. The questions felt pretty standard for both. For the in-person, they asked like 3-4 STAR/behavioral questions, all starting with 'Tell me about a time when...'. They asked follow-up questions based on my answers, which I guess were too vague even though I thought I was being concise. The interviewers were really nice and the whole thing was pleasant. I didn't hear back for about two weeks, and unfortunately, I didn't get the offer.
