Behavioral

It was a really straightforward interview process. First, there was a short 15-minute phone screening. Then, the final part involved two consecutive 30-minute rounds where I was asked behavioral questions. I got feedback for both stages within a day.

So I had a phone screen with a recruiter, then went in for a face-to-face with the hiring manager and a colleague. It was pretty easy, nothing crazy. Less than a week later, a different recruiter emailed saying the job was cancelled. They said they'd consider me for it later. Turns out, the hiring manager's position was eliminated, and he got moved into this role, so they didn't need to hire. How could they not know this before my interview? Wasted my time. Then, they reposted the exact same job three weeks later and started over. I never heard back, even though they said they'd consider me again. Super dishonest. Don't bother.

I interviewed at the headquarters in Rosemont, IL. The whole thing took about 4-5 weeks. They sent a bunch of emails saying my resume was selected to move forward. Then I got invited to interview at the Rosemont HQ. It involved a presentation, followed by two 45-minute interviews with different groups of four interviewers. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. The process was really professional, I was impressed.
