Behavioral Presentation

The interview was a phone call with a panel. They started by explaining the duties and tasks of the role, then moved on to behavioral questions. The questions covered project management, how to deal with different personalities, and why I'd take the job with my background in healthcare. I think it went well and I accepted the position because there will be many other opportunities opening up soon.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty standard. The interviewer went over my resume and asked about my extensive healthcare experience in the military. They also wanted to know about my knowledge of reconstituting mixtures. Other than that, it was a straightforward process. I actually thought there would be more questions, given how much I was asking about the facility. I did get a tour of the place and saw the workstation.
