It takes a long time to hear back after submitting your application packet. You're then only told if you're eligible and if you've been referred to the hiring manager. Being referred to a hiring manager doesn't mean much these days until they ask for references. I'm still waiting on an offer even though I gave references over a week ago.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process varies for each position. For this role, it was conducted over the phone. A panel of upper management introduced themselves, went over the company's policies and procedures, and then explained the interview format. It was a performance-based interview where each panel member asked a question related to the position, probed about my relevant skills, and presented a "scenario-based" question to gauge how I handled past situations. It's a good way to interview because it lets you explain your work style in different contexts.

The interview was alright. They asked some questions and the interviewers were nice. I didn't get the job but I'm thankful for the chance. My advice is to be ready, sleep well, and know the job and the company.
