Behavioral

The interviewer was very nice. She explained the format of the interview. She talks and explains the position, she asks questions and then she will write down the responses. After that you have time to ask questions. Knowing that placed me at ease. It was a behavioral questions type interview. Based off the interview I feel that the people at this agency accept different types of people and a different way of thinking.

Behavioral

It was a typical Behavior Based Interview with a panel of 6 people. I was asked five situationational questions and was expected to use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). The interview lasted about 10-15 minutes, though they give you 30 minutes to answer, I don't think it'll take that long.

  • Tell me about a time you faced a challenge requiring prioritization or goal setting. How did you handle it, and what was the result?
