The interview process was pretty simple. First, I talked to TA, then I met with the hiring manager and a panel. All the interviews happened on the same day. They asked straightforward questions, but they also wanted to see writing and design samples.

It was a bit of a struggle to get an interview; I had to reach out to people on LinkedIn as it seemed no one reviewed my resume initially. None of the people I spoke with seemed enthusiastic about the role. When I asked one person about their experience working there, their response was quite uninspiring, essentially stating it was just a way to earn a living.

Their interviewing process is horrible. I had to come to their offices three separate times which could have all been done in one visit. It was a waste of my time and theirs. They really need to streamline their interviewing process and be more honest with the candidates as they move along the process. To have an interviewee come and meet with three people and be asked the same questions is ridiculous. Why not have a panel interview? I didn't get the position and I am glad that I didn't. If the interviewing process was like that I could only imagine what it would be like working there.
