I sent in my application via email, and then they sent me an email asking for a Skype interview. I was living abroad when this happened. They asked typical behavioral questions, inquiring about my interests and past experiences. The interviewer was really nice, and I enjoyed the chat! The hiring process took a bit longer than I expected, but they were good at keeping me updated and were clear about the steps.
