It took several months from applying online to getting the interview request call. After that, things moved pretty fast. The interview was mostly behavioral questions. It was structured but not scary. I heard back in about 2 weeks, which was good because of the holidays. I was happy with how it all went; the interviewers were really nice and easy to talk to! They happily answered all my questions.

I had a phone interview with a senior engineer for an intern position. It was a pretty easy atmosphere with a nice interviewer. No behavioral questions were asked; it was all about general aviation knowledge, the company, and some technical questions.
