It took about 2 weeks to hear back from US Airways after I submitted my resume. The interview process was about 2 hours long, and I got the job offer the day after. It took me a few days to think it over and accept. We did a good amount of negotiating. If you're interviewing with US Airways, make sure your resume clearly shows all the key things mentioned in the job description, otherwise, it'll probably get thrown out. A computer system first looks for keywords, then a recruiter checks them, and finally, they go to the hiring managers.
