Customer Service Representative
The interview was straightforward and very informative. They focused their questions on me and asked things that related to the job and my past experience.
- What makes you want to become a customer service representative?
- Could you tell me about your educational background?
- Can you describe your previous work experience that aligns with this role?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was easier than I expected. It was a two-step process. My recruiter helped me get ready. I'll be working for Aerotek on a contract basis before hopefully going permanent.
- Tell me what you know about Urgent:ly.
- Are you able to be flexible with your work schedule?
- Do you have any prior commitments that might prevent you from fulfilling your job duties?
Customer Service Representative
Had a really thorough virtual meeting via Zoom with a few people from recruiting, and then met with someone else. Everyone was super energetic and positive. I just need to pass a drug and background check, and then they said I'd get an offer, which they did make about an hour after the last interview.
- What is your understanding of our company?
