HR messaged me for an internship interview. I met HR, then waited for the manager. She was nice and discussed departments. HR then texted me about next steps, congratulating me and asking about getting requirements. I replied, but HR didn't respond further despite my follow-ups. A week later, a friend told me to join her going to the office, so I messaged and called the contact person. It was unpleasant; HR replied to my friend but not me. At the office, HR finally said the position was filled and I needed to interview with another manager that day. I did, and he offered me the job, but HR was unresponsive again. I found this rude; HR should inform candidates properly if someone more qualified is chosen, not just be unresponsive.

I received a text message about an interview scheduled for a specific date and time. When I arrived, I had to wait about 5-10 minutes before the interviewer came. They confirmed I was the applicant and introduced themselves. We went into a room where I was asked to sit and prepare. The interview lasted 45 minutes. Afterwards, I was given an application form to fill out, with the interviewer occasionally checking on me. The form included basic biodata and an essay question.
