URBN’s HireVue was easy and organized. It asked about problem solving, working with others, and why I like the brand. The instructions were clear, the time given was good, and it all went smoothly. It felt like a good first step before the main Interview Day.

After that, I was chosen for the first interview stage, which involved sending in video responses to some prompts. They mentioned we'd hear back about our applications in December, but honestly, I didn't hear anything until March.
