URBN (PA) Interview Questions
& Process

The interview felt pretty relaxed and it was mostly about my computer and people skills. The interviewer asked me how I'd handle "difficult" personalities. She also talked about the usual problems you run into on the job and showed me some of the paperwork I'd need to manage.

The interview process involved three standard rounds. No major difficulties were encountered, mostly just conversations. I was proactively recruited for the role. After the interviews, I sent thank you notes but received no further communication. It's unacceptable to ghost candidates after three interviews; it's disrespectful and damages the company's reputation with me and my network.

I got an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone call, which was easy since I had talked to her before about another job. She scheduled zoom interviews for me with two different people the next week. Both interviews were chill and didn't last more than 30 minutes. I found out I got the job two days later and then got the official offer the day after that.

I interviewed here for an entry level position in their buying department. Overall, the process took 2 months. I had a phone screen for the new position, then I had an interview with a category manager, or at least that’s the information I was sent by the recruiter. I got into my interview only to find that it would be a joint interview with another manager. I was completely blindsided and not prepared considering they had different positions and I only prepared for the one manager. Anyway, this other manager that joined had a very unpleasant disposition. She was very rude and very short and seemed like she just wanted to get the interview over with. At one point, the one manager had to stop for a second because the other had so many things going on in the background and we were getting so much interference and couldn’t hear each other talking. Just seemed like she really didn’t care to be there which was odd because she was not on the invite. I ended up not receiving an offer due to my lack of “trend knowledge” even though I wasn’t asked about trends during my interview or asked to complete the trend project that was only mentioned once during my initial phone screen. Probably the most unprofessional interview process I have ever experienced.
