I applied last Wednesday and got a call on Friday. My interview started 15 minutes after the mall opened and it was actually not bad. The interview process took less than 30 minutes. Mine took a little longer because the manager was talking about my answers right after I answered them and I asked a few questions as well. Overall my interview experience at Urban Planet was quite spectacular; the manager was really outgoing, friendly, funny, and very helpful.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was actually pretty long, which I didn't expect. Most questions were pretty standard, except for the one where they asked me to sell them my shirt. I had to sell it from an employee to customer perspective, try to relate myself to the interviewer, and get to know them on a personal level. Remember to always ask 'Is there anything about my resume that concerns you' at the end. Be warned, they do call references, so make sure you provide reliable and professional contacts.
