I went through three different interviews for the Buyer position. After meeting with the senior buyer and getting a tour of the office, I was informed that they had decided to promote someone from within the company. The salary they offered was quite low, though they did mention there's a lot of opportunity for promotion.

Don't bother applying. I went through 6 interviews for an entry-level assistant buyer role and even did a trend board project, but didn't get an offer. I kept getting told I was a great fit and would thrive at Urban. The manager took notes during my project presentation. After getting rejected, I was told I wasn't excited enough about the department. I was then offered another interview at Anthropologie, but declined because I didn't want to go through another intense process just to create another free trend board and likely not get an offer. My recruiter gave me feedback on the trend board, telling me to leave something out, but then the interviewer asked why I didn't include it. Seriously, RUN.
