It was pretty easy, having more availability is better. They aren’t super strict and it was more of a get to know each other process. Cool vibe and respectful. The more hours and flexibility you have, the better chance you have, but Black Friday and some holidays are required.

For a group activity, we had to draw what we thought the ideal worker looked like. As we went on, the questions became more personal.
