It was a super chill and quick interview. They looked over my resume and we chatted about my past work experiences. I wore something casual and stylish. We also took a walk around the store and discussed what the job would entail.

The interview included interventions, tasks, games, and group answers, both individually and as a team. This was followed by a walk-around of the environment, from menswear to womenswear, etc. It was really fun, hard, and entertaining.

I found the job opening online and applied. After a couple of weeks, they reached out and set up an interview for October 1st. I got there early and didn't have to wait too long. Joannah conducted the interview and stressed that two things are crucial for call center work: being punctual and being kind to customers. She mentioned that appearance and workspace setup aren't as important. She then asked why I was interested in the company and if I was familiar with their brands. I shared what I knew, emphasizing the importance of doing company research. We then went over my previous jobs and schooling. My recent bachelor's degree and my previous customer service role were seen as advantages. She suggested that even without direct experience, a positive attitude, dressing nicely for a casual interview, and knowing about the company could lead to an offer. At the end, I was told training would begin on the 20th with a starting pay of $9/hour, plus an extra $0.50/hour if I wasn't hired full-time in January. I was supposed to get an email with more details, but after three days without it, I emailed Scott, another hiring manager, who then sent me the link. Training started on the 20th. The training itself was 7 days long and thorough, except for not explaining how to handle inappropriate calls. I wasn't told I could transfer those calls, so I was stuck on the phone with someone for three hours, missing my break and part of my lunch because I was told never to hang up. The Quality Assurance person, Casey, observed this call and made a rude comment about the customer's intentions, making me feel foolish. I'm still waiting for an apology for that incident. Overall, though, the job has been okay so far.
