First, there was a basic HR round where they asked for an introduction and some general questions. Then, a Manager Round followed, focusing on my past employment and experience. Next, a Product Round delved into why I was interested in UC and what made me a strong candidate compared to others. Finally, a Culture Round involved straightforward questions about cultural fit and the office environment.

Behavioral Case

The interview process included a brief telephonic chat with HR, followed by an in-person or virtual interview in the evening. The difficulty of the questions escalated after each stage. They were upfront that this was a pure sales role. The HR round was straightforward, but subsequent rounds featured more challenging questions. They asked about everything relevant for a fresher, including previous internships, significant life achievements, academic performance, personal interests, and learning experiences. I attended without prior preparation and had no background in sales.
