Business Development Executive
Average interview, the people hiring think they are know-it-alls but in fact they are not. Tricky questions will be asked through the process but if you have a calm and collected mind, it is easy to clear the interview.
- If you were given 5 zones to manage, how would you prioritize your focus?
Business Development Executive
The HR manager gave me a call. He inquired about my previous work history and set up my next interview. He was very courteous and listened attentively to my responses.
- Can you share some lessons learned from your previous experiences?
Business Development Executive
The interview was pretty chill, mostly just to see if I had the drive for sales and could handle long hours. It's a hardcore sales role where you need to call professionals and get them to sign up with UC. It wasn't too bad, the HR person was really nice and understanding. They also asked a few aptitude questions related to sales and work efficiency.
- Can you describe how you would go about recruiting tennis coaches?
