Awful experience! Got a call Friday evening and was asked to do several assignments by Monday EOD, which was a really last-minute request. The assessment was pretty demanding and in-depth. This was weird because normally you get to know the candidate first, then do more technical interviews. It made me a bit skeptical. After sending my work back, I was told someone would contact me about the next steps. Even after reaching out 2-3 times, I never got a reply. Super unprofessional, stay away.

The process began in July with an interview and a writing skills assessment in both English and Spanish. Things picked up again in October. I had a few chats with recruitment about when I could start, if I was open to moving to Greece, and the general terms. Plus, I spoke with the hiring team about my background, abilities, and what the project entails. Everyone was really nice and happy to answer all my questions.
