Warehouse Worker
The interview process was pretty standard, and it went alright overall. It wasn't the toughest I've been through, but it was acceptable. All in all, I'd say it was an average experience. I might consider applying again, but I'm not sure.
- Can you perform the duties of this role?
Warehouse Associate
It was pretty easy and went fast, they also gave me a tour and I talked to some other workers to get more info on the job.
- Can you work late hours?
Sorter
Phone interview. It's simple. You need to show that you can be flexible with your hours because we have various shifts you can work. Also, you must be able to lift a certain amount of weight because you'll be offloading trucks and trailers, and also building trailers with volume. There's irregular volume that you might have to handle.
- What is your lifting capacity?
- Can you demonstrate flexibility in working hours across different shifts?
