First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at UPS Supply Chain Solutions.
Intern
I had a phone call with the recruiter and then a Zoom interview. The initial stages moved fast, with the interview happening less than a week after the first call. However, it took about 3 weeks to get a response. I actually found out the job was filled from a LinkedIn post by the recruiter before I got any rejection email.
- Can you share an instance where you felt your work in a group project was not valued, and describe your response?
Intern
Applied online and got randomly called by HR to set up a phone interview, which they nicely worked around my schedule. It was about a 30 minute "Get to know you" phone interview that touched on my resume. Came in a week later, also conveniently worked around my schedule, for an on-site interview. Was interviewed by two members of the team at the same time. They were nice, but I was a bit intimidated by their lack of response during the interview.
- Tell me about a time you took a risk and it didn't work out.
Intern
The interview was pretty simple. They asked questions mostly about project and data experience, other than a quick 'tell me about yourself'. It was a panel interview with two interviewers. I didn't get much feedback on my answers, making it tough to know how I was doing, but the interviewers were nice.
- Can you describe a project where you used data?
- Tell me about yourself.
