So, I had two interviews initially. The first was a phone call, and then I had to take an assessment test. After that, they invited me in for a panel interview with three people: the regional executive, the hiring manager, and an HR person. They asked me to give a short intro about myself. Then, each of them asked questions from a list they had, and we did a role-play situation. After that, I got to ask them any questions I had. We then talked about the management style here for the local area and what the job would specifically involve. They also asked about what kind of help I'd have to do well in the job and how the regional managers help out the local team.

Case Behavioral

The interview process was pretty straightforward. You'll have a sales assessment where you're asked sales scenario questions. If you're taking it, you should aim to sound like a shady salesperson. Don't give honest answers like "customers come first." Instead, say "UPS comes first" and whatever it takes to land a sale, you do it.
