First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Uproar PR.
Account Coordinator
I met with several different team members and/or whole teams. There were several different rounds, a bit too many in my opinion, but as someone who made it to the other side, I now know it's because I was interviewing to be a part of specific teams vs. the company. Luckily it worked out for me, but that may not be the most respectful approach of an interviewees time if they ultimately don't get the job.
- How do you collaborate within a team?
Account Coordinator
The interview process was really unprofessional. I was called in for an interview and was surprised when four people showed up to interview me. They mentioned I'd hear back in two weeks, but after two weeks passed with no word, I followed up. I didn't get a response, so I followed up again a few weeks later and received a very generic reply. This interview was in April and it's now August, and I still haven't heard back. I assume I didn't get the job, but it would have been nice to get some kind of notice instead of being left hanging.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Account Coordinator
I went through 3 rounds of interviews online and then got an offer. It started with a phone screener with HR, then I spoke with directors who had openings on their teams, and then the last interview was with the team I'd be joining.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience with pitching?
