Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

Got an email a day after I applied. My resume wasn't anything special, so I was surprised. The email just said to schedule a phone interview, which I did for the next day. It was kind of a weird but okay interview. I wasn't asked much and didn't get much info, but it felt like a standard first interview. At the end, they asked me to schedule a second phone interview for the next day. This second interview was way more detailed and lasted 23 minutes. They asked about my past experiences, my skills, and for examples. Then they gave me a sales situation. The scenario was that I had to give a sales pitch to someone who was worried about affording the service because they didn't have financial security. I was told about this situation in the first interview, so I had a pitch ready. The interviewer was pretty chill and laid-back. We chatted about holidays and stuff before getting into it. He didn't hype up the company but just told me about the job, what's expected, and what the company looks for in people. He was really nice and professional, which made it easy to talk and feel comfortable. He said I'd get an email within a week. It's been a week exactly, and still no email. Hope it comes soon!

Behavioral

I applied on the company website and was reached out to by a recruiter about a week later. We scheduled a 30 minute introductory call for a Thursday, which went well. I was told that he would pass me along to the sales manager and would get back in touch on the following Tuesday to set up a time. No contact was made and my follow up emails were not replied to.

I applied online and then was contacted via email. The process included a phone interview, a personality test, and then an in-person interview with two people. I really liked this interview process. I had a few other interviews that week, but I chose UpRight Law because they seemed really thorough and invested in finding the right fit. Even the employees passing by would say hi while I waited, and the person next to me said it was a great place to work. The interviewers were friendly, and it felt more like a conversation than a checklist. They also answered all my questions about the company. I'm really excited to start working for them.
