Coding

Applied online, HR reached out. Scheduled for a live coding session, which was the first technical round. At the last minute, the intended interviewer backed out, and a junior team member conducted the interview instead. It was a straightforward coding session, and all asked tasks were completed without any unanswered questions. Despite this, they stated they needed someone with more experience, maybe someone who could 'build rockets'. My advice: don't waste your time interviewing with them.

Behavioral Coding

Had an HR phone call, then a coding challenge. After that, there were several video interviews where they asked a mix of behavioral and coding questions. It wasn't a super easy process, but the interviewer was very friendly and helpful.

Technical Coding

I had two phone interviews with different software engineers. They inquired about my current job and projects. They also posed general algorithm problems that weren't overly difficult. Since they use Clojure, it might be beneficial to use Clojure during the interview.
