Territory Sales Manager
It's a three round process and the interview is scheduled on specific days. First, there's a technical round, followed by an HR round, and then the final interview with the country head.
- How do you handle stressful work situations?
Sales Manager
First, they look at your resume to see if you're a good fit. Then, there's a quick chat to make sure you meet the basic requirements. Sometimes, you might have to do a technical test or assignment to show you've got the skills. After that, they'll ask you about your past experiences to see how you'd handle things in this role. You'll likely meet with a group of people from different parts of the company for a panel interview. The final decision usually comes after a chat with senior managers or executives. They'll also check your references to confirm your background and how you've performed in previous jobs. Finally, if they want to hire you, they'll make an offer and discuss the terms.
- In what ways would you lead and direct your team?
Territory Sales Manager
I had a good experience with the interview process. I was shortlisted based on my experience. They first gave an exam, which included technical, reasoning, and aptitude sections, worth about 100 marks. After that, the first round was with the Zonal Head and Regional Sales Manager. Then there was a technical round, a general discussion, an HR round, and an interaction with the line manager, after which they finalized. It was a good opportunity, and I'm thankful for it.
- Can you share your previous company experience?
- Do you have any technical questions?
