This opportunity is open to all candidates. We started with a presentation where we shared details about the company, the job role, and the compensation package. Following that, there was a group discussion (GD). After the GD, candidates underwent a psychometric test and an interview. The results of the psychometric tests are highly valued. Technical topics were discussed during the GD. A large interview panel was present.

We started with a written technical test that everyone eligible could take. After that, 40 people got selected for a psychometric test. The final 10 of us were called for an interview. My interview lasted about 15 minutes. It started with the HR person asking me about my personal info, education, family background, and other things. Then, the technical person asked about my interests and asked questions related to that. First, they asked basic questions about Heat exchangers and distillation columns, and then some design questions about Pump NPSH and reaction kinetics.
