First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at UPL.
Analyst
So the interview had 3 rounds in total. First up was an introductory chat with HR. Then, there was a technical round that lasted about half an hour where they asked me a bunch of questions about theory and different situations related to global procurement. The last round involved meeting with the organization's heads.
- Can you explain Inco Terms?
- What is the difference between Direct and Indirect Procurement?
- How does the Expediting Process work?
Senior Analyst
The whole thing was pretty fast and easy. I went through two interview rounds, and they both went well. The recruiting folks were really helpful the whole time and even worked around my personal needs.
- Can you discuss your past work experience?
Analyst
The interview has 2 rounds. First you'll talk to the Process Manager, then the Head of GBS. You need to pass both. Questions can differ from person to person.
- Could you explain the difference between accruals and provisions?
