I saw the job on LinkedIn and a call was set up for the following week. The whole process felt unprofessional and disorganized. They didn't communicate well throughout. The hiring approach seemed a bit odd.

The interview process was really good and professional. They seemed to know exactly what they were looking for. I got feedback after the interviews, which was great. There were 5 rounds plus a take-home assignment. They let me know when I'd hear about a decision after the last interview, which was helpful because waiting can be tough. I got a verbal offer a few days after the final interview and I'm excited to join UpGuard. My advice is to research the company, prepare well, and show that you're genuinely interested – it really makes a difference.

I had five interviews total: first a recruiter call, then with the Sales Engineer Team Lead, after that with the Executive Team, then with some Account Managers, and finally with the CEO. All of them were on time and organized, and they let me get to know them. It was clear they were looking for people they vibe with, and they were professional about it.
