Customer Success Manager
The interview process had 3 rounds. The last round was with the CEO, who seemed completely uninterested the whole time and had a really arrogant attitude that was totally off-putting. It kind of made me feel bad for everyone else in the office.

Customer Success Manager
I applied online and heard back from HR within about a week for an initial phone screen. We talked for about 45 minutes about my experience, the company, and why I was interested in Upfluence. After that, I was told I'd be meeting with two team members: a Senior CSM and the CSM Director. They focused on my background, common scenarios, and some random hypotheticals. A week later, I was informed I'd be talking to the Co-founder for a technical assessment involving brain teasers, which felt a bit out of scope for the role. This whole process wasn't a great candidate experience, and I didn't receive an offer.
- What makes you interested in Upfluence?
- Would you say you're good with technology?
- Could you define what an API is for me?
Customer Success Manager
I had a screening interview with a recruiter that went great. She even said she'd move me to the next step. But then the next day, I got an email saying they weren't going to move forward with my application, even though I was told I would.
- Why did you decide to work for Upfluence?
