Applied via Taleo and got a recruiter call a few days later. She asked some initial questions and then set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, they sent a multiple-choice tech screening assessment, where I scored around the 70th percentile. The next day, I received a call back and was sent a really long and strange personality assessment (hundreds of questions and puzzles). Finally, I had a face-to-face interview where I met people from different offices via webcam in a conference room. I got an offer about 3 days after that Monday interview.
- Can you tell me about a project you're particularly proud of and how you went about building it?
- Have you faced any challenges working with coworkers before, and if so, how did you handle them?
- What's your reason for leaving your current job?
Software Engineer
The interview process involves just two interviews. First, there's an initial chat with HR. Then, you'll have a technical interview where they'll ask more tech-related questions, specifically about .NET. It's a plus if you mention your interest in React, as they use it on the frontend.
- Could you explain the concept of microservices?
- Can you define Domain-Driven Design (DDD)?
- You'll be shown some code; your task is to identify any problems within it.
