First, you'll get a questionnaire to fill out. This means your resume made it, now it's up to you! Make sure your answers are direct and don't give them info they didn't ask for. Be professional and brief! Second, a phone interview. Get ready for lots of behavioral questions! Aim for 1-2 mins per answer and use the STAR method. Third, an in-person interview. It's 3 interviews back-to-back, 30 mins each. You'll still get some behavioral questions but fewer this time. This is your first chance to meet the people you'd work with, the other rounds were just HR.
