We talked about my work experience, job duties, and family. They told me about their business start-up, their ventures, their interests, and what they expect from employees. I then interviewed with the manager to discuss my past jobs. After that, I met with the owner to go over the job duties and my previous work history. I was impressed that some of their ventures were charitable, and I want to work for a company that cares about the community.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was really shocking. The interviewers gossiped about former employees, interrogated me about my intentions of living in the UK in a way I've never experienced even at immigration, were impolite about my other languages, suggesting I might not want to mention them or that they weren't useful, asked personal questions about my family back home, said they looked forward to seeing me in the second round, and then took over three weeks to give feedback after sending a vague rejection email. The feedback wasn't actually feedback, just a similar email to the first rejection. It's not a place I'd ever consider interviewing at again.

It was a very easy and straightforward process. I could talk to them easily and they got straight to the point about what the job entails. I started working right away. I'd totally suggest this for students because you can get your school work done while you're on the clock.
