A recruiter contacted me first to check my English level. Then, I was given a HackerRank exercise to complete within two hours. If I passed the code challenge, the next step was a 1.5-hour interview covering general concepts. After that, they asked me to adapt my resume to a specific standard, and then I didn't hear back from them.

The interview process involves both English and Spanish. You'll face technical questions. If you pass, you'll speak with the client. It's online. They'll ask about your past work and explain the job details, what they're looking for, and when you could start. There are several filters you need to pass.

Behavioral Technical

The company culture is unique and the people I spoke with, including HR and the technical interviewer, were pleasant and seemed content working there. However, communication could have been clearer. I was under the impression from the recruiter that the interview would focus solely on .NET C#, so I prepared accordingly. But during the interview, they asked about concepts from other technologies I've used. My recommendation is to prepare by memorizing concepts for all technologies listed on your resume or in the job description. I performed well in the technical interview, but I opted not to proceed because the offered compensation was significantly lower than market rates in Bolivia. The salary offer is determined by interview performance. Also, note that the interview is conducted in English and involves questions, with no live coding exercise.
