Technical Other

I had two interviews, one initial and one technical. Both went well. The technical interview lasted about an hour and was a good experience. I also had a practical exercise where I had to find and fix a problem related to WCAG guidelines, which I managed to do successfully. After that, I didn't hear back from the company. They said they would share an update or a proposal soon, but there was no follow-up. I think they could improve their communication with candidates by keeping them informed about the process status to provide a better professional experience.

  • Experience with accessibility tools like Axe and Lighthouse.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I had an interview with HR and then you move on to the technical part. I had the interview with the company representative, she told me more or less how they operate, benefits, etc. Then they send you a challenge on Hackerrank and if you pass you have a technical interview for an hour. Literally an hour. Where the technician asks you a lot of questions, makes you do a programming exercise and some questions about BF
