Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at UNOde50.
Sales Associate
It was a 30-minute in-person interview. The whole process went fast and the store management was organized. The manager and assistant manager interviewed me and asked about my sales experience and how I handle situations or my past target achievements.
- What makes you want to join our brand?
- What is your reason for us to hire you?
- Did you meet your sales targets in your last role?
Sales Associate
I had a first in-store interview to get to know each other. Once I passed that, I had a second interview with HR via Zoom, which was pretty standard. The third interview was back in-store and involved a sales demonstration and some typical questions.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
- What are your career aspirations for the next X years?
- What interests you about our company?
Sales Associate
I had a professional interview with the manager. It was a general questionnaire process. They were impressed with the company's DNA, background, branding, and marketing. I had meetings both by phone and in person. A few days later, I got another offer, so I didn't choose Uno de 50.
- Tell me about yourself and how you are familiar with our brand.
