I spoke with three people in total. First HR, then the Global HR manager, and last the Commercial director. The whole thing was super quick, under a week. I made sure to be available and do my best to meet everyone. HR was in touch pretty much constantly via phone and even WhatsApp. The person I spoke with was nice throughout. After the final interview, I didn't hear anything back for over a week, then I got an automated email saying I wasn't selected.

I was reached out to by someone at the company about an interview. Since I was working for a competing brand at the time, I thought it would be a cool opportunity. Initially, I had a really laid-back chat with the CEO. It went well, and he suggested I meet with the Product Manager since we'd probably be working together a lot. He also mentioned they were still figuring out this "marketing role" and wanted my thoughts to shape it. I met the product manager a couple of weeks later. Things were going alright until she asked me to do some "homework." She wanted me to answer some questions and send back my responses in a Word doc the next week. I felt pretty weird about it but figured it was just me jotting down some thoughts. I ended up sending over a full page of ideas via email and then didn't hear back for over a month. After following up several times, I was finally told that they had decided not to move forward with the position.

It was a 30-minute in-person interview. The whole process went fast and the store management was organized. The manager and assistant manager interviewed me and asked about my sales experience and how I handle situations or my past target achievements.

Proceso ameno y relajado. Sin presión ni interrupciones. Dos chicas alternándose las preguntas y apuntando cosas en mis fotocopias del CV que cada una tenía. Me dejaron explayarme lo que quise.
