After applying through Inspira, they contacted me by email to schedule a video call interview. Two interviewers from the team I would be working with. They were punctual and friendly. Most of the questions were in Spanish, and at the end, a few were in English to check my level.

The first stage had a really nice panel, it felt interactive and light, but still professional. They were polite and clarified things when needed. The written test, though, was tough with way too many questions for the time given.
