Java Developer
It was a good and easy process, with coding and very in-depth technical interview questions. They asked me to write code, create a service annotation, write Junit test cases, and explain the deployment process and front-to-back-end architecture.
- Can you explain the Spring MVC architecture, its annotations, deployment, tools, and Front end ANGULAR?
- Can you explain the Spring MVC architecture, its annotations, deployment, tools, and Front end ANGULAR?

Before reading the reviews. Do not attend the interview at CMSS Pvt lTd. Or you will end up wasting your time, energy and money. This company is only trolling the students. They are taking interview just for the sake of having it. They are not Hiring any applicants. I had attended the interview. It was a one day process that lasted 7 hours, from 11:00 am to 06:00 pm, including all breaks and waiting time. It consisted of 5 rounds. The first round was an aptitude test with some database questions. The second round involved a Java programming task to find the maximum number in an array. The third round was the first face-to-face interview, which included a pattern program and some other questions. The fourth round was a 1-hour aptitude test focused on logical reasoning. The fifth round was the second face-to-face interview. After I completed all rounds, they told me 'You have completed all the rounds. But we don't see you passionate so we can't hire you'. I mean WTF.. You bloody expect a Fresher to know hard core programming ?? And for those they felt passionate, they gave them a programming task and asked them to return after 7 days. If they like the task then and then only they are selected.
- Why do you lack passion?
Java Developer
The interview process was easy to average, focusing on aptitude and basic Java programming concepts. They select a small number of candidates from a large pool. The aptitude part was easy, and there were some questions on fundamental concepts.
